How Our Products Are Made
All products in our store are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We work with trusted print-on-demand partners who have production facilities worldwide, so your order is printed and shipped from the location closest to you.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped. This processing time is in addition to the shipping time listed below.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier, estimated total delivery times (including production) are:
- Netherlands: 5–8 business days
- European Union: 7–12 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Because we work with local production facilities, orders are typically printed and shipped from within your region — which means faster delivery and lower shipping costs for you.
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@sunshineonrepeat.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
